Emily Miller
Dr. Emily Miller, ND, is passionate about health, wellness and the use of natural medicine. She is a licensed Naturopathic doctor focused on Family healthcare, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics. Mother of two boys, she understands the challenges of parenting and loves working with new parents. She also specializes in Women’s Healthcare working specifically with hormonal balance in infertility, PMS, adrenal stress, healthy againg and menopause, and thyroid issues. With every health concern her goal is treating the root cause while alleviating symptoms to improve quality of life. Her belief that healing comes from within helps her to design individualized protocols to stimulate the bodies natural resources. In some cases, Dr. Miller prescribes bioidentical hormones and natural thyroid hormone. As a family care doctor for seven years Dr. Miller is also experienced in treating a wide range of acute and chronic diseases.
Read Full BioToday, when she isn’t with her patients or running her business, Dr. Miller enjoys her time outside in nature, playing with her two sons and her chickens, homeschooling, and homesteading! You might find her out for a ski or a hike on any given day and she believes that our connection to nature is integral to our healing. Throughout her life she has been guiding individuals to find optimal health and wellbeing both in the outdoors and through medicine. She looks forward to her interactions with each patient continuing her work as an open learner, an understanding parent, and a compassionate doctor. Her clinical skills and her enthusiasm and guidance make her an asset to both the field of Naturopathic Medicine, her patients, and the community.
Shelby Guptill
Shelby is a registered licensed dietitian and earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire. She completed her dietetic internship with a focus in nutrition education and counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. In addition to her expertise in nutrition counseling, Shelby is a certified lactation counselor.
She has extensive training in integrative and functional medical nutrition therapy and her approach considers all aspects of health and well-being. Shelby believes in the body’s powerful restorative ability when provided the proper nutrition, mindset, and self-care.
