Payment & Cancellation Policy

All payment is expected at time of service. Cash, check, and mastercard/visa are all accepted forms of payment.

 

Cancellation policy:

Dr. Miller requires 48 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment. This ensures that another patient waiting may be able to get an appointment. If you have an emergency please call and let us know!

If you do not contact the office to inform us of your need to reschedule you may be charged for an appointment that you fail to show up for.
